• No parking on street; please use garage and/or driveway

• Hang swimsuits & pool towels where neighbors can’t see them from the street

• Keep side gate (near outdoor dining area) closed

• Neighborhood security may stop in if they have any concerns

• Please prevent ants, bugs, and geckos from entering the house by keeping screen doors closed, floors clean, and food properly stowed

• Please try not to bring dirt/mud into the house; wear sandals or go barefoot instead

• Use the hose on the side of the garage to rinse off the salty and sandy equipment after your beach visits

• All trash must be placed in garbage bags within the garbage bin in the garage; garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday morning, so please bring the can onto the street in front of the house on Sunday night (there is no recycling bin)

• Please make sure all windows and doors are sealed shut before turning on the air conditioning
